sonr pings trained network members nearby, and the right one heads over.

The tail number
A license plate for machines.
Every machine in the sonr registry wears a short code, like the number on an airplane's tail. Read it to us and we know exactly which machine it is and who to call. Only read it if you can see it from where you're standing. No sonr code on it? We'll still work with the authorities and the fleet operator to get it back to its rightful owner.

The scene stays yours.
sonr takes non-emergency machine calls off 911. Our members come only when you ask or clear it, follow your direction, and hand you the paperwork: unit, photos, timeline and who handled it.

Questions
Before you call.
Is this an emergency line?
No. If anyone is hurt, or you see fire, smoke, sparks or downed power lines, call 911 first. Call sonr for machines that are stuck, crashed or down.
Do I have to touch or move it?
Never. Stay back, stay out of the road, and tell us what you see from where you're standing.
Who are you?
sonr is an independent search and recovery service for robotaxis, delivery robots, drones and humanoid robots. We work for the companies that deploy them.
Does it cost anything?
Calling is free. sonr will never ask you for payment, card numbers or passwords.
How do I verify a sonr rep who shows up at my property or site?
Ask them for their 6-digit sonr code. Then call or text 424-484-sonr (424-484-7667) and choose 2. We'll tell you right away whether we sent them, with their rep number and name. If we didn't, or they can't give you a code, keep your distance, and if you feel unsafe, call 911.
What if the machine isn't in your registry?
Call anyway. We'll log it and get it to the company that owns it.
What happens after I call?
We confirm where it is, send the nearest trained member and give you a case number.
What do you do with my information and photos?
We use them only to recover the machine, and we may share them with its owner, insurers or police. Details are in our privacy policy.
